Lunchtime Spent Getting New Tires

I'm sitting in an automotive waiting room
which always has magazines
I wouldn't read if they were all that was left,
but I trust the red-headed cat
who runs this joint.
The sound of air-powered tools
is familiar from summers
spent working
in daddy's dealership.
It isn't noise as much as memories
of crowbars.
This was vivid for me. I used to spend a lot of time in the garage with one of my cars.Nice job.
