I'm Gone

I'm Gone
By Nate Spears

Warm and hydrated
As I
Twist and turn my own bottlecap
Pop
Release the air
Just excitement
Packed inside
No CO²
Refreshing it is
To quench your thirst
With achievement
I drink from success
In doubts
I'm not believing
Seeing
Past trends
Brings ends
Ended by strokes
I won't strike out
Or collapse
From your heat
Or your smoke
Scream
Nope
As I take another drink
And move on
My soul has wings
Red bull
I'm gone.
