Bettie
Coffin (she swears that's her real name!) is an award-winning poet who
lives in a cottage in the quaint town of Gaston, NC, with her dog Blue.
She once submitted using her initials in hopes that she would be
assumed a man and her poem would be accepted for publication by a
motocross magazine. Bettie wrote the lyrics to two songs recorded by
country artist Ray Sanders. She doesn't have a blog, but she can be
found on Facebook. Her poem puts a question to the reader; it's a
deceptively simple question, isn't it?
