Moondust and Wanderlust
Moondust and Wanderlust
By Annmarie Lockhart
Something about the moon in June
pulls me up and sends me out
across the globe, through spans of time,
spinning the skies with you.
We sing to the stars,
slow-dance on moonbeams,
and watch
cresting waves spray mirrored glow
as the moon rides the surf of the sea.
